Overview of End User License Agreement for Chudigi Software
This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between you (individual or single
entity) and Chudigi software development company (Chudigi), for the game
software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.
The SOFTWARE is the property of Chudigi and is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is distributed as a commercial product.
You are hereby licensed for use of the SOFTWARE on a single Palm OS device owned personally by
you. This software may not be transferred to a third party or device owned by a third party.
You are not allowed to sell or distribute the SOFTWARE via electronic or physical means.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Our registration policy allows you to run the SOFTWARE on a single Palm OS device for each
registration that you purchase. Upon purchase you will be provided with a single registration
code based on the HotSync ID you provide.
Chudigi does not allow transferring codes to another person or another device. We will allow
the original purchaser to obtain ONE replacement registration key due to upgrading to a new
device. This request must include the original customer name, Hotsync ID, registration Key,
and email address from the original purchase. Once we verify your information and issue a new
registration key, the old one will become invalid and erased from our records. (It cannot be
used to obtain technical support.)
Chudigi will also re-issue a misplaced key if the user is already in our customer database.

UPDATE POLICY
Chudigi may release updates to the SOFTWARE for purposes of fixing bugs. The updates are
limited to the original purchase platform (i.e: Palm OS 5, etc.)
You are entitled to have this update emailed to you upon our receipt of your valid Hotsync ID
and registration code and/or proof of purchase.
This policy is limited to standard maintenance releases. (example: 1.02 owners are entitled to
a 1.05 or 1.1 bugfix.)
New generations of software titles are NOT included in this policy. (example: A 1.02 version
for Palm OS 5 cannot be freely upgraded to a 3.0 version released five years from now.) The
relatively low cost of the SOFTWARE does not include a lifetime update policy.
This policy does NOT include upgrades to different software programs, even if they are similar
to the SOFTWARE.
With these guidelines established, Chudigi will attempt to honor any reasonable requests that
come about from circumstances not mentioned above.
SUPPORT POLICY
Chudigi will provide technial assistance and support for the SOFTWARE via email only. Chudigi
reserved the right to require the Hotsync ID and registration code provided at purchase for
any email support.
FRAUD POLICY
Chudigi reserves the right to refuse service for registration keys, updates, or support if we
suspect the requesting party of fraud or involvement in software piracy.
REFUND POLICY
For most products we offer FREE trial versions of the software to allow the customer the
ability to evaluate it prior to purchasing the full version. If a trial version is available,
please download and install it before purchasing our software.
Refunds are not normally given unless there is a serious issue that cannot be resolved by our
technical support. In all cases, refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Chudigi
Software management. We do not evaluate a refund request if a device does not meet the
documented minimum requirements to operate the program.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Chudigi disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any
purpose. The user must assume the entire risk on using the SOFTWARE.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Chudigi assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the
use of the SOFTWARE, even if Chudigi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any
liability of the seller will be limited to refunding of the purchase price.
