If you purchased your game from an online distributor that does not provide registration keys an email is automatically sent to our support inbox with your purchase information. We will email your registration key within 48 hours (usually much faster). If 48 hours has passed then we might not have received the email. Please include this important information:
1. Your full name
2. Purchase web site and date
3. The name of the game.
If you were provided a registration key and it does not work please use the procedure above to contact us. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT FREE REGISTRATION KEYS. We do not respond to requests with incomplete information.
To prevent fraud and protect your private information, we will only respond to messages sent from the original customer email address on the order.

The Chudigi Software staff has years of professional experience doing technical support and customer service in the corporate world. We will try our best to get your problem resolved as quickly as possible. Send us the info below and we should be able to have you gaming in no time.
Here is some helpful information that you should provide in your email:
1. If your game is a registered version, you must include your HotSync ID. We will check this ID against our customer database. Only the original purchaser is eligible for support help.
2. Device Manufacturer and Model (example: Palm Tungsten T) This information is required.
3. The name and version of the game.
4. How much free memory is available on the device?
5. Have any operating system updates been installed from the manufacturer's support site?
6. Is the game stored on a external card, or in internal memory?
7. Are any third-party application launchers, utilities, or hacks being used.
8. Which site you purchased from (in case we need to upload an updated version to that site).
9. The exact error message or behavior that you are experiencing.
10. If any similar applications/games are having problems on your device.
